Every engagement follows the same six-step sequence: intake, research, research brief review, draft, revisions, and delivery. You tell us your targets and who you are. We research the industry, role, and company before writing anything. We then share a brief — you approve it or redirect us — before a single line of the document is written. Revisions follow, then final delivery in your preferred format.
Because the document's job is to perform in a specific context — a specific industry, a specific role level, a specific set of company expectations. Without research, you're writing from assumptions. With research, you're writing from evidence. That's the difference between a resume that files and one that generates interviews.
Two full rounds of revisions are included in every standalone service. Bundle packages include extended revisions. The goal of every revision round is to get the document to a place where you can submit it with complete confidence — and we'll work until we get there.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days for resumes, 2–3 days for cover letters, 4–6 days for full LinkedIn profiles. Rush delivery (24–48 hours) is available for most services at an additional charge. Website builds typically take 7–14 business days depending on scope.
Yes — every cover letter is written for a specific role at a specific company. We research the company's priorities, the role's requirements, and calibrate the letter accordingly. A cover letter that could have been sent to any company is a cover letter that will be treated like it wasn't sent to anyone.
Yes. All resumes are formatted for ATS parsing — clean structure, no tables or text boxes that confuse parsing software, proper keyword placement, and correct heading hierarchy. We also deliver a plain-text version optimised for copy-pasting into ATS submission fields if needed.
For career documents, we need: your current resume or career history, the role(s) you're targeting, the level you're targeting, and how you want to be perceived. The more context you provide — achievements, metrics, things you're proudest of — the stronger the output. We also welcome job descriptions for the roles you're applying to.
Word (.docx) and PDF as standard. Plain text for ATS submission on request. LinkedIn sections are delivered formatted for direct copy-paste into each profile field. Website projects are delivered as clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files — no platform dependency.
Pricing is based on the service, the seniority level being targeted, and the complexity of the engagement. The ranges on our Services page reflect that spectrum — mid-career at the lower end, executive at the higher. An exact quote is provided after a brief intake conversation, with no obligation.
Yes. Our Starter Bundle (Resume + Cover Letter), Professional Bundle (Resume + Cover Letter + LinkedIn), and Executive Bundle (all five core documents) each carry meaningful savings versus individual service prices. Bundling also ensures complete narrative coherence across all documents — which is the strongest argument for it.
Yes — and gaps are better addressed directly than avoided. We address career gaps in cover letters as part of the standard structure, not as an afterthought. In resumes, we reframe gaps through skills, projects, or continued development where relevant. Avoiding a gap makes it obvious. Framing it correctly makes it a non-issue.
This is one of the most common engagements we handle. Career changers need their transferable value made undeniable — not buried in a job history that reads wrong for the new direction. The research-first process is particularly valuable here: understanding what the target industry actually values helps us surface the right experience from your history.
Yes. We have served clients from the US, UK, Canada, Romania, and multiple other countries. Documents are calibrated to the target market — if you're applying to UK roles, the document follows UK conventions. If US, US conventions. The geography of the client is irrelevant; the geography of the target market is what we optimise for.
Payment details are provided after the intake conversation and quote confirmation. We accept bank transfer and major payment methods. For new clients, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remainder due before final delivery.
Three things. First, we research before we write — most services template. Second, we treat resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter as one narrative — most services treat them as three separate tasks. Third, the documents sound like the best version of you — not like a generic professional from nowhere in particular. The reviews speak to the difference more honestly than we can.
